Family Portal
FACTS Family Portal (formerly ParentsWeb – which is also used for students) is a private and secure student web portal that will allow each student to view academic information specific to them while protecting their information from others. Here you will find the following:
- – Grades (k-12) – notifications, assignment grades and status
- – Classroom Assignments (k-12) – lesson plans and homework
- – Attendance – tardies and absences (excused and unexcused)
- – And More!

Creating login credentials for first time users: Click Here
Restart your browser (Click the “x” button on the browser then try to go to FACTS SIS again.)
Restart your computer
Clear your cookies (Youtube Video showing how to delete cookies for most browsers)
Try a different browser – (Chrome and Firefox seem to work best with FACTS SIS)
