Why PC: I had taught at Phoenix Christian for 14 years and my children graduated from PC. After 14 years I left to teach in the public schools. Although I learned a lot in the public sector, I never felt it was right. I was randomly looking for something different to do when Phoenix Christian popped up in my email advertising an elementary intervention position. I debated whether or not to apply. But the urge to apply was strong. So I decided to apply to see where it would take me. I feel like I’m ending where I started, I’ve come full circle but it also feels like I’ve come back “home”.
