In August of 2016 Teri founded Thrive Arizona with the initial purpose of identifying and meeting the needs of families who would otherwise have children removed from their house. Steve shares their personal story of how God first used the unexpected to do the unexplainable by leading them into fostering when they didn’t even see it coming.
